Update on houses missed today: we got caught up today, so Jenette, Small Acres, Morning Sun & Beck Road will be picked up Friday instead of Monday. Very few of the big municipal compacting trucks are able to get out because of freezing hydraulic lines, so we are thankful there was only two weeks worth of garbage instead of three, which some people are dealing with. We do take pride in what we do!

There are several houses Greg could not get down the roads to in the Jenette area, Morning Sun, Beck Road, and Small Acres due to road conditions. He will get these picked up Monday afternoon. City of Crawfordsville, AR is scheduled to run as normal tomorrow (Thursday), and if side roads are icy, he will not be able to travel them. Everyone has lots of trash, so what you put outside your cart will be picked up as well. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Looking at the weather forecast, it will not be above freezing until mid-morning tomorrow, Monday 2/2 and our road is still frozen. When safe to do so, we will start the Monday route. We will not be able to travel any private driveways at all, and cannot attempt to drive down any icy side roads. We all have lots of trash and it will be a long, slow week, but we will make every attempt to get you picked up safely. Thank you for your patience and understanding as always.

We have been receiving calls about the routes this week, and we will not be running as long as these roads are bad. When something thaws, we will update here.

All routes next week will run on regular schedule. The landfill is open on Monday MLK Day

Our routes are running on schedule this week with the exception of Thursday, which will be picked up on Friday. Thank you all for another year of great relationships, and Merry Christmas!

Update on our routes: due to mechanical issues today, we will run the routes one day behind schedule. Part of Tuesday route was picked up, so please leave your cart out if we did not get yours and we will pick it up tomorrow. It has been a while since a major hiccup, but we always have a backup plan.
