We’re looking to add a dependable, hardworking person to our crew!
Experience is preferred, especially in:
• Fence building
• Operating equipment
• Land work / construction
• General outdoor labor
But experience is NOT required!
What matters most to us is finding someone who:

âś… Is willing to learn new things
âś… Can take direction and constructive advice
âś… Takes pride in their work

If you already have experience, that’s a huge plus. If you don’t, but you’re dependable, willing to work, and willing to learn, we’re willing to teach the right person.
This is hands-on, outdoor work, and no two days are necessarily the same. We’re looking for someone who wants to work, learn, and become a valuable part of the crew.
