Aronda is an honorably discharged Army veteran; she deployed during Desert Shield-Storm as a medic with 3rd Armored Division 45th Support Battalion. Aronda’s Unit received the Valorous Unit Award

This is more than an event. It is a room filled with real women sharing real stories of resilience, leadership, loss, faith, growth, and becoming. Each year, dynamic women from our own community step forward with vulnerability and strength, and each year we leave better, stronger, and more connected.
When one woman tells the truth about her journey, she gives another woman permission to rise.

This has become a powerful annual gathering rooted in reflection, resilience, and connection. Each year, local women take the stage and remind us of the courage it takes to keep going and the impact of owning your story.
