TEESOM SYSTEM OUTAGE

Our online quoting and payment system is currently unavailable due to a major infrastructure outage affecting Teesom’s hosting provider.

What this means right now:
• Customers may not be able to view quotes
• Online payments may not process
• This is not a security breach and customer data remains secure

Teesom is actively working with their hosting provider to restore service.

If you need help with a quote, order, or payment in the meantime, please contact Dixon Printing & Embroidery directly and we’ll work around the outage the old-fashioned way: actual human communication. Apparently 2026 still requires that sometimes.

We appreciate your patience and will update everyone once service is restored.
