Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Property Inspector/Public Adjuster Assistant to join our team at Patriot Claim Services, LLC. In this role, you will be pivotal in assessing property damage due to various events such as storms, wind, hail, floods, and fires. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough property inspections, collaborating with a licensed Public Adjuster to identify and document damage, and engaging directly with clients to ensure they receive top-tier service. Additionally, you will help in identifying new business opportunities to expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed inspections of properties to assess damage accurately.
Work alongside Public Adjusters to develop comprehensive damage reports.
Engage in customer service, providing support and updates to clients throughout the claim process.
Identify and pursue new business leads to grow our client portfolio.
Operate effectively in a remote environment, managing your schedule and workload independently.
Compensation:
Inspection Payment: You will receive $100 per inspection, payable upon successful resolution and payment of the claim file.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in property inspections or a related field.
Background in contracting or construction, with a solid understanding of building structures and materials.
Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Keen eye for detail and robust problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
Previous experience in the insurance or real estate sector is advantageous.
Certification or formal training in property inspection is desirable but not mandatory.
