You’ve probably never heard of Balsam Mountain Preserve, but this course deserves to be on every golfers bucket list. Just be prepared with more balls than you think you’ll need!

Nestled among the Smoky Mountains, 18 holes covering (what feels like) 6000 feet of elevation reward precision and make for one incredible hilltop adventure. Thanks to David Looney for the invite. Already making plans to head back!

In case you missed it, some hacks from Tulsa came out with their first Circuit victory of the 2024 season. Known as Tulsa’s Premier Oceanfront Golf and Surf Club, this motley crew is commissioned by none other than Daniel Earnest’s archrival .cornelius himself. While we’re convinced this Golf and Surf Club exists only in the mind of its commissioner, we love seeing a new name at the top of The Circuit leaderboard.

Logan Chilcoat and Jacob Flake led the pack for the Tulsa squad which was rounded out by the likes of Jon Odle, Riley Coats and Sewell Yost (for sure a car salesman w/ that name). Well done boys and may your golf and surf club bring many tourists to the great state of Oklahoma.

Well look who’s on top of this weekend’s Circuit leaderboard: and The Golphins take their first victory of the 2025 season in commanding fashion.

Leading the pod, club member .sanders put up a massive -50 and earned the title of Founder’s Pool champion along the way. Who says golf is for the boys?

Major Tradition is at The Players! While chasing birdies on their own scorecards, Club Owner and API Founders’ Pool Champion are at following the action live.

Having both picked Aberg, they fit right in with the Swedish contingent they came across Thursday afternoon. Unfortunately, no amount of Viking gear could prevent an early exit for the fan-favorite.

As Rory looks to battle back, JJ Spaun tries to hang on, and guys like Akshay and Cantlay aim to keep it close, the final round is shaping up for a strong finish . Here’s hoping Chad and Max witness golf greatness on 18 this afternoon.

Finally landed a twilight tee time with . Rusty is an understatement after having hung them up for a couple of months, but with a sunset like this to close us out, 12 holes was worth every penny.

Who else finds golfing in the city as an incredibly unique experience? I’ve always felt a bit unsettled playing ‘in town’. For a sport designed to be enjoyed in a peaceful, serene environment, the hustle and bustle of city life would seem at odds with the nature of the game (pun intended).

Yet somehow, it works. And especially at golden hour. Driving the ball into 40 story skyscrapers as the afternoon wore on made for an ideal finish to the weekend last Sunday. Will be back.

This Thanksgiving, we’d like to take a moment to share what we’re most grateful for. In the four years we’ve been building golf pools and designing golf polos - we’ve been blessed far beyond what we deserve.

First and foremost, we’re grateful for you. The community of golf fans we’ve built is entirely top-notch. Each interaction brings us to our knees. From the chirps about our late emails or leaving you out of our weekend summaries to the daily recaps some of you send summarizing pool standings (or the pros’ fashion statements), it never gets old!

We’re thankful for our commissioners who have jumped head-first into the pools, sanctioning your own events and sharing our platform with an ever-growing group of golf fanatics.

We appreciate those of you who drive hours to participate in our annual MT Invitational tournaments. Your joy and passion remind us each year why we love the game we play.

And lest we forget - we’re thankful for all you wives who are entirely too supportive of your husbands who spend countless hours either on the course or binging the Masters from the couch. We mean it when we say we couldn’t do it without you!

Outside of our community of golf fans, there are many more who deserve our thanks. From our vendors and bulk order customers, to our friends who have helped to guide this little venture, to our families who have put up with far too many hours waiting for us to finish drafting these emails... to all of you - your benevolence is humbling.

This Thanksgiving, as you gather ‘round the dinner table with friends and family, we hope you find purpose in the community you’re building and give thanks to the giver of all good things.
