Go three layers deep in your consults to find out not only the problem you need to solve on the surface, but getting to the problems you need to solve in their head is where the true unlock is.

The machine won't fill your schedule. The right marketing strategy will.

Most med spa owners invest in the wrong foundation - they buy the equipment but won't invest in getting people through the door. Here's the math that changed my perspective: If it costs $120 to acquire a client today, and you scaled that to $350 per client - you'd still be 10x more profitable than buying an existing business at face value.

Volume fixes almost everything. Stop waiting for the "perfect ROI guarantee" before you invest in growth. The numbers work in your favor when you commit to the foundation that actually matters: getting clients in the door.

Here’s a wild idea.... Ask them. Post a question box. Run a poll. Call a few patients.

Instead of sitting in a room guessing… build offers based on real demand. That’s how you create things that people actually buy.

I held back on a $500/month investment for 6 years. When I finally did it, I was generating $5,000/month back and had more demand than I could keep up with.

We're $1,300 in with 23 patients booked and paid for demo day for the practice we invested in to. We're only 4 days in to our launch and still have another 14 days.

At this rate we should hit our 100 new patients booked in with deposits in just under 2.5 weeks to turn this practice around.

Online events are one of the most underrated tools for med spa growth - no geographic limits, no capacity caps, and you can sell your membership live to anyone watching.

The tradeoff: about 30% show up, and deposits won't cover your ad spend.

In-person flips that: about 80% show up when a deposit is collected, and those deposits cover up to 90% of your ad costs.

Two different tools. Two different stages of growth. Both worth knowing.
