I have served clients for 16 years offering management, advisory, legal, and business experience. I manage and lead (there is a difference you know �) multi-million $ large-scale data, privacy, security and technology projects for Fortune 100 companies that enable privacy and security goals for consumer experiences. My focus now is mostly on those companies focusing on technology, telecommunicatio
ns, media and consumer retail. I am an auditor, lawyer, consultant, HR and labor and employment legal powerhouse, a musician who has also served on large public service organization’s Boards of Directors since I was 13 years old, serving at the local, regional and national levels. In other words, I can take your operations and technology apart, understand the legal issues, put it back together again, understand the human and people element, communicate on multiple levels to stakeholders across the enterprise, and create what does not exist…yet. I have done everything from building data compliance strategy and tactical efforts, developing policy, to operationalizing with the engineers. I have written policies, procedures and binding corporate rules, led compliance program implementations globally, built information governance programs for companies that are balancing data as an asset and data as a liability, led teams building technology to enable privacy and security, created compliance programs, mapped personal data, and helped determine security and privacy controls for technology products going to market. I have also helped companies merge their data initiatives with their build out of technology internationally to digitize and enhance the customer experience. One who works to teach the various stakeholders for my clients how privacy affects them and how to incorporate privacy and security into the fiber of their being. But also, I teach my team how to serve these clients and master their own destiny for privacy, security and client service. I have worked with the top companies in the world, including leaders in retail, telecommunications, cloud, and technology.
