Curtis was a guest on the Remodelers on the Rise podcast with Kyle Hunt, and we’re excited to share it!

The idea is simple. If everything has to go through the owner, the business can’t grow. So you track everything you do for a couple of weeks, sort it by what you love and what you’re great at, and start handing off the things that drain your energy.
