Going through old pics and came across this screenshot of a Facebook post I made from 2017. In the end, the State dismissed the aggravated charges and my client was given deferred adjudication on a lesser charge.

Failure to follow the constitution is not a "technicality". The founding fathers of this great nation were very clear about the requirements for issuance of a warrant. "No Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized". 4th Amendment, United States Constitution.
