What looks like a block of foam actually has quite a story behind it.

Rebonded foam is made by taking foam remnants from other manufacturing processes, grinding them down and bonding them back together to create a durable, useful material, giving what might otherwise be waste a second life.

From bedding and mattresses to countless other applications, itā€™s a simple example of how much value can still exist in leftover material.

After decades in the foam industry, these are the kinds of processes we love sharing because sometimes the most interesting part of what we do is hidden inside the material itself.
