I am the CEO and founder of Mr. Aquarius Cyber Training Center, an online program designed to help you achieve your dream of becoming a successful cybersecurity professional. Throughout my career, I’ve successfully closed numerous deals and held various positions at top-tier companies in the United States, including Ernest & Young, Accenture Federal Services, and 11th Hour Services (as a Department of Navy, Department of State, Department of Defense Contractor, and more).
Currently, I work at Accenture Federal Services—one of the country’s premier companies. Before joining Accenture, I served as a subcontractor at another major company, Kforce Inc. They hired me as a cybersecurity consulting practitioner due to my expertise in IT audit and cybersecurity, drawing from my past experiences. As both a subcontractor and a contractor for the Department of State, I took on the challenge of a system that had been out of scope for nearly eight years. Through my efforts, I elevated the agency’s scorecard to a satisfactory level, securing an Authorization to Operate for three years and counting. The standards I implemented have streamlined day-to-day operations for anyone who will have the opportunity to work on the system.
Recognizing my potential and strong work ethic, Accenture Federal Services offered me a prime contractor position, complete with a sign-up bonus, excellent healthcare coverage for myself and my family, and other benefits. While at Accenture, I’ve developed a robust plan for continuous monitoring, ensuring compliance with NIST 800-137 guidelines. My experience, knowledge, and work ethic demonstrate that I am a skilled and experienced professional, ready to contribute to any organization’s cybersecurity and IT audit missions.

CONGRATULATIONS to our outgoing students! Today marks the end of our first training session under the umbrella of Mr. Aquarius Cyber Training Center. We sincerely thank each and every one of you for choosing and trusting us with your cybersecurity career journey.
Our next session will begin very soon, and outgoing candidates are welcome to join again while continuing with their job interviews. Risk Management Framework (RMF) Overview
The selection and specification of security controls for a system is accomplished as part of an organization-wide information security program that involves the management of organizational risk---that is, the risk to the organization or to individuals associated with the operation of a system. The management of organizational risk is a key element in the organization's information security program and provides an effective framework for selecting the appropriate security controls for a system---the security controls necessary to protect individuals and the operations and assets of the organization.

Risk-Based Approach
The Risk Management Framework provides a process that integrates security and risk management activities into the system development life cycle. The risk-based approach to security control selection and specification considers effectiveness, efficiency, and constraints due to applicable laws, directives, Executive Orders, policies, standards, or regulations. The following activities related to managing organizational risk are paramount to an effective information security program and can be applied to both new and legacy systems within the context of the system development life cycle and the Federal Enterprise Architecture:
