Sarah Englade is the Owner & Founder of Monarch Talent Solutions, specializing in executive-level, direct-hire recruitment in accounting, finance, and human resources in Houston, TX. Before launching Monarch Talent Solutions in 2020, Sarah spent nearly a decade as a headhunter in the staffing industry. Janel Yglesias has called Houston her home for over 20 years. Living in such a diverse and culturally-rich city, has given her the opportunity to really know the community and build close relationships with the people this city serves. She has been involved in real estate through her family’s home remodeling business for more than ten years.

Janel’s experience hasn’t always been in real estate. A dynamic journalist, Janel Yglesias is a former Univision Houston news reporter.
Throughout her career in news, Yglesias has distinguished herself as an influential and credible journalist serving the community at the local and national level. During her years as a reporter, Yglesias was in charge of covering special news such as the death of Cuba’s dictator - Fidel Castro, Super Bowl LI, Hurricane Harvey and the Houston Astros World Series win, among others.

Her work has taken her to be nominated four times to the Lone Star Emmy Awards. In 2018, Janel Yglesias won the Sylvan Rodriguez ‘Best Houston Reporter Award’.

Her drive for serving her community extends into real estate now, by combining her two passions.
