Our services fall under 3 categories:

#1. CARE-GIVING: Available around the clock, caregiving services are provided by certified nursing assistants, home health aides, companions and sitters.

#2. POST HOSPITAL & POST REHAB CARE FOR THE AT RISK & CHRONICALLY ILL SENIORS: These services are designed to reduce unnecessary hospital readmission and to help patients recover faster after a medical incident. The care programs are designed by nurses and geriatric care specialist.

#3. CARE MANAGEMENT & CARE COORDINATION: These services are provided by geriatric care managers. The goal is to make long distance care giving easier and more gratifying for the very busy family caregiver especially those caring from afar. TOP 3 RESONS FAMILIES TRUST & DEPEND ON US:

My background is in geriatric critical care but I have been caring for the elderly, starting with my Granny and Grandma, since I was a young girl. They were my favorite people to spend time with. You know those seniors who think they could never work again, because they have lost strength from being in the hospital bed too long? Yes, those seniors. They are wealthy and educated retirees. I help them get back to good health and regain their sense of independence.

There are several seniors and their family’s waiting for my services because I am really busy and that is where you come in. I am looking for the kind of person that love seniors, is interested in helping them have an amazing day, is friendly, compassionate, has excellent customer service skills, and is open to learning new things as time goes on, has some offices experience, a person with caregiving experience or training, such as a medical assistant, medical secretary, patient care tech and/or a professional caregiver who has cared for a love one in the past.

In my office, I call this type of professional a caregiver coordinator. This person will help coordinate agency services, plan the schedule, support the human resource process, help to onboard new clients, help to onboard new team members, offer customer service and client happiness. This position is full time with benefits and every other weekend and holiday requirement. You will report to the administrator or wellness manager.
