Meet Elena Champagne, Business Development at TGT Group and Special Events Co-Chair for CREW Houston.

Elena is all about building relationships and helping clients find the right solutions for their spaces. At TGT Group, she works with clients and partners on window films, architectural finishes, and custom signage, connecting them with solutions that enhance, protect, and transform commercial spaces. As TGT Group’s business development and outside sales representative, Elena is often the first call for clients looking to explore these services, bringing her energy, enthusiasm, and people-first approach to every relationship.

A dedicated CREW Houston volunteer, Elena has been involved with the Special Events Committee for four years and is currently serving her second year as Co-Chair. She loves creating memorable experiences that bring members together and strengthen the CREW community.

When asked about the best advice she's ever received, Elena reflects on a lesson that has stayed with her throughout her career: “Don't fear change. It can be for the best.”
After experiencing a leadership transition early in her career, Elena learned firsthand that change can create new opportunities, fresh perspectives, and even greater success than expected.

CREW Houston has also played a meaningful role in her professional journey.

“I have made some great personal and professional friends and have been able to grow my network of support, partners, and clients. It has also exposed me to expertise in commercial real estate that I would not have received otherwise. And it's been really fun.”

Her coworkers describe her as bubbly, which feels especially fitting given her last name. 🥂

TGT Group is looking for a highly organized, proactive individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator.

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who enjoys creating structure, coordinating moving pieces, and helping a team stay ahead. The role will work across Estimating, Business Development, Project Management, Accounts Receivable, and general office operations.

Previous construction experience is not required. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, eager to learn, and committed to follow-through.

This could be a great opportunity for a college student, recent graduate, or early-career professional looking to gain meaningful experience inside a growing specialty commercial contractor.
