🥂SOLD!!! For A LOT of MONEY! This one was tough. But once again, TOP DOLLAR, best terms, paid in full at closing, and the community lives on in the best hands possible.

The secret is the preparation. So proud to have played an important role in the prep work over many years. The best exits are the ones planned well in advance.
