Keeping hydrated in this heat is important for all of us, but especially important for pregnant women! Make sure you’re staying hydrated and cool during the summer heat. Dehydration can cause you to have contractions. If you start to feel contractions, drink 24 ounces of water and go ahead and let your provider know too ☀️☀️

Let us help you. Our team of nurses has over 40 years of experience caring for postpartum women, healthy newborns, and NICU babies. You don't have to know everything and you definitely need people on your side. Our team recognizes this is an exciting time that can also be filled with unknowns.
