For some of us, shame comes on us when we have to ask for the same things (encouragement, advise, money, clothes, food, etc) that we gave to others! It feels like a Breaking down point.

Let me encourage you that you dont need to be ashame. We all need each other! Know that this is not the end but the BEGINNING of the BREAKTHROUGH!

I have heard many people talk about this Covid-19 pandemic as a disaster. I do agree we have had significant deaths, jobs loss, increase in domestic and child abuse and missed key milestone activities. I agree this "aint been no Crystal stair" for no one. However, here we are right now and many are talking about re-building, re-emerging, etc.

Each of you have greatness. Isn't it simply "Coming out of the Cave" to continue to build on what God had already spoke to you before this. While there is a new normal, is there a new you? I argue, that while you do somethings different, ie social distancing, and more video conferences, etc. If you are at your core a great person, you are still that great person. So lets not re-emerge, lets emerge or build on a great foundation. This is not a setback but a setup for us to experience greatness on another level!

A leader’s job is to cast vision, to remind everyone of their common goals, and to give people an inspirational hook to hang on to so they won’t be tempted to give up when times get tough. Preserving the vision will sometimes depend entirely on faith -the hope of things not yet seen. At other times, we may have some objective evidence, no matter how small or incremental, that shows progress and thus keeps up moving forward. Keep the vision out front. Don’t let people quit early. And don’t you quit either.
