We do ANYTHING Related to Signs or Signage! We can get obtain any Necessary Permits for your next Project! Today's Project was setting a pole for a new Dr.'s Office! We drilled an 18" x 6'6" hole and Removed all the dirt. Then we set a 6" std pole in the hole and concreted it in. Had to get a hole Inspection and it passed with no issues. ( that means we drilled it correctly, In the right spot per 2 dimensions, from street and driveway) and didn't have any water in the hole and the pole and rebar was the right size per the Engineers Stamped Drawing. Which we also obtained for the customer. And as you guessed it we were able to save the customer today almost $1100 bucks and still made a GOOD weeks worth of pay in just 3 hours! (concrete work is hard, time consuming process and the heat was at our backs most of the morning!) The best part was the smile on the customers face when the this process completed.. only took 12 days from drawing to pipe set. Now next week we will WELD the NEW Sign to the Pole and complete the Install! Call or Email us today !! [email protected]

Are your Trim Cap Letters FAILING, is the trim cap falling off.. or did someone replace just one letter and the COLORS don't match. We can help you with a same owner face change, that does NOT require any new PERMITS! We just did a Five Below and they are Extremely Happy with the new FACES we produced. Before and After. A Repaint is the least expensive way to regain the Glory and Prestige of your Sign!! Tony with Star Sports Bar in Katy reached out this week and we did a repaint of his letters. WOW!! Tony said " We have Amazing customer Service ..you know that small business feel..(not small, wanna be big, where the owner has no clue whats going on with his own business) like a hand shake deal. It's been a while.. We have been Super busy! Thank you Rooftop Solutions for the Business! New set of Channel Letters, We Fabricated these in house, with the Standard FULL 5 year Parts an Labor Warranty. While the install was being completed, Rooftop had a drone doing some filming!! 😍😍 will upload later after we get the video...
We later found out that that the owner had a Quote from from someone in the "City", that was $1286 higher than us!! Also the lead time from that company was 4-5 weeks... We got this Fabricated & Installed with the EXACT same parts (Principal/Sloan Led) and warranty for 1286 bucks less & got it DONE in 8 days from the deposit date. (8 days!) It's all about AMAZING Customer Service! WHAT? It's all about AMAZING Customer Service! When you hire us, the Owner shows up for EVERYTHING,(Survey, Quote & Install) to give you that guarantee!
