I think it is so inconsiderate of people (not clients) to think all I do is sit and wait for them to call me to chit chat and that I should answer the phone no matter what else I am doing. If I am at work my client has paid for my time and my undivided attention just like when one is a thearpist. How would they feel if their therapist said “just one minute I have to answer the phone my friend is calling “ in the middle of an hour that they are paying for? Why can’t people understand this?

When we bring something new into our home or our closet something must leave. If we adhere to this rule it will keep us from becoming overwhelmed by clutter.

Organizing tip for today spend 15 minutes each morning organizing some thing!
In five minutes you could tidy up your desk or workspace, go through five pieces of clothing and say do they belong in the love it pile, someone else could use it pile, or alterations needed You could also clear out a small drawer or a pantry shelf. Think small one small improvement per day adds up!
