1. What advice would you give to new employees joining the company?

The advice I would give new employees of Safe Haven is to bring a healthy attitude and desire to succeed. Safe Haven provides our associates with the tools to excel, and it’s exciting to watch new associates utilize those tools to enrich the lives of our customers and themselves.

2. What accomplishments are you most proud of from the past year?

The accomplish I’m most proud of from this past year is the ground-up rebuild of our Account Preservation Department. We took a fresh look at the department’s operations and developed/implemented an entirely new process for every action within the department. This new structure has allowed us to better serve our customers while simultaneously providing accurate, real-time data for our organization.

3. How has your team or department grown and developed since you joined?

Since joining Safe Haven in 2021, the most significant growth we’ve seen within the departments I oversee are through our Customer Service and Tech Support teams. Our Customer Service department has grown from 14 members to 20 and counting. More impressively, our Tech Support department has grown from only 5 associates to 24 and is currently assisting over 3,300 customers per month.

4. What goals do you have for the upcoming year?

I’m very excited for the upcoming year. As we fine tune our staffing levels to optimize our ability to assist customers, we’re also planning to implement technological improvements to increase the efficiency of the departments.
