We are looking to add an office assistant to our team.

Requirements are the following:
-Bilingual
-High School Diploma/equivalent or in school
-Reliable transportation
-Positive attitude
-Willingness to learn
-Willing to work Saturday’s

Hours:
We are open the following hours and your shifts will fall in these time frame.
M - F 8am - 5pm
Sat 9am - 1pm
Regular work week is 40 hours. Saturdays are usually overtime at 1.5x.

Duties are the following, but not limited to:
-Filing
-Answering the phones
-Listing eBay items
-Shipping items out
-Making catalogs
-Keeping work area neat
-Assist the sales team
-Mailing invoices and payments
-Help with other miscellaneous office duties

Pay:
$10-12+ an hour depending on experience

Benefits:
-Paid vacation and holidays
