A couple weeks ago I had the pleasure of leading the All-Staff Day at St.John's School in Denver, Colorado. 👩‍🏫

I led three 50-minute sessions to a staff of about 70 faculty and staff before the start of their 2026-2027 academic school year.

Session 1- Understanding your specific interpersonal communication behaviors.
Session 2- What does it mean to be credible & warm as an instructor?
Session 3- Putting it altogether and practicing what we learned.

So many connections were made during this training and it was a joy to assist the team in developing their interpersonal communication skills.

A huge shoutout to AJ Vega for recommending me for this opportunity, and to Andrew Farhat and Phillip Barnard for inviting me to speak.

With the school year starting for various private and public schools, I wish all teachers a year filled with success and memorable relationships with parents, colleagues, and students. 🍎
