“Pinnacle was wonderful to work with. Initially, I had to cancel my first shop because I did not see the requirements until after accepting and realized that children were not allowed to attend. After I canceled, I was contacted and told that if I needed to bring my grandchild, it would be acceptable as long as she could entertain herself and would not interfere with the shop. I truly appreciated the understanding and flexibility. In the end, she did not have to attend with me, but the willingness to work with my situation meant a great deal.
What impressed me most was how quickly I received feedback after submitting my report. I completed the report and received feedback the very next day, which has not been my experience with other companies. This has been one of the easiest and most professional companies I have worked with, and I sincerely appreciate the opportunity to continue working with you in the future.”
