Considering Entrepreneurship? Are you an Entrepreneur already? If so, give very careful consideration to your choice of accounting software and read further.
I created Joseph Elon not only as an opportunity for myself, but for other entrepreneurs as well. We have plans for years of organic growth through association and fractal design—just as life occurs. Because of this I chose to implement Sage 50 Quantum as my Accounting and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system over Quickbooks. Why? There are two simple, yet deeply rooted reasons. 1) Sage 50 is fully compliant with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), something Quickbooks has yet to achieve; 2) Sage 50 Quantum has the capability to function as both an Accounting System and an ERP, rather than just an advanced bookkeeping program (hence the name, QuickBOOKS).
What does this mean to anyone else out there who is considering Entrepreneurship or who has already embarked upon that journey?
