Meet Rachel … 🤝

She runs a very successful photography studio in New York, called “Rachel Neville Studios”.

We started working together to help her sign in new clients from the top cities around the nation.

Within one week, she had more than 50 meeting scheduled.

Within one month, more than 200.

With each new client ranging from $2,000-$5500, that’s a nice chunk of change!

During that same time, she was planning on launching her new masterclass virtual so she could teach other photographers her proprietary shooting method.

So, we launched another campaign for her once the masterclass was ready, and within 20 days, we’ve generated her studio an additional $18,123….

and we’re on pace to add more than $400,000 over the next 12 months!

If you’d like to work with a company that keeps their word, loves their clients, and has a proven method of getting results, we’d love to sit down with ya.

The process is simple.

It’s always an interesting conversation when someone comes to me for a Marketing Kickoff Call and says, “Well, other people on the internet are saying differently. I’ve heard I should see 10x+ Return on my ad spend immediately.”

This… is a problem.

It’s actually a big problem because the amount of people that are buying into the lie about how one excellent advertising campaign can turn your entire business around is just getting bigger and bigger.

I do get it; this short-term thinking is natural. It’s our natural survival instinct that’s matched with our human desire to want what we want right now.

As natural as it is, this ridiculous way of thinking is becoming an epidemic, and it’s collapsing businesses across the world as we speak.

(duh - duh- duh - …. Haha - a little over dramatic, I know)

The question I want to help you answer today is:

Can an advertising campaign be the “gas” that you pour on top of the fire you already started with your business?

The answer to the questions is a big, fat…. A B S O L U T E L Y!

That means before you can ever scale or create profitable sales campaigns, you must learn how to protect your marketing budget by having the right sales systems in place.

I’m sure we can agree that you don’t stand a chance in business without having the customer or client acquisition system set up that can consistently multiply cash flow and allow you to scale.

SPOILER ALERT:

That’s why I wrote this, to help you see how you can take my V.P.C. Method, that’s now generated over $1,000,000 in sales contracts for my company, and apply it to your own business over the next 30 days.

It’s also worked successfully with over 350 other companies, and you can grab your copy today right here.

Quick disclaimer, this isn’t the “end-all-be-all” to your sales and marketing troubles. However, it will highlight how we approach each sales and marketing campaign for our clients.

I hope you find it helpful, and if you have any questions about how this could apply specifically to your business, comment below.

“I must get a return on my marketing dollars. If I don’t, I could lose everything!”

This is a sales problem… not a marketing problem. Thinking that great marketing is going to solve your sales problem is never going to happen.

As you read this, you fall into one of two groups of people. Either (a) you feel don'tthis is great to hear someone talk about.

Or (b) you believe that you’re marketing does, in fact, account for revenue. And in which case, here are the top 5 reasons "you’re wrong.

Or, for a more “PC” term, I’d say that “you’re mistaken.”

Reason #1 your marketing does not generate revenue: There’s nothing to sell

If you didn’t have one piece of marketing material or one penny to advertise withwe're but she'shad an amazing product or service, could you not still generate revenue from selling that product or service?

Now let’s switch it up…Let's’s say you have an amazing marketing team promoting you, the business, and the brand, but your product or service contains zero value. mazing marketing team promoting you, the business, and the brand, but your product or service contains zero value.

In this instance, you can generate eyeballs… but you cannot generate any revenue becausthere's’s nothing to sell.

Marketing is what builds awareness about your solution to thmarket's’s problems. Iwon't’t replace having a substandard, way below-average service that people are already sayin" “"o” to.

Reason #2 your marketing does not generate revenue: YoCan't’t Skip Steps
Think back to the last first date you went on with someone that yodidn't’t end up seeing a second time?

As you recall that time in history, think about how awkward iwould'veve been if the person you met for the FIRST TIME said to their friends (after you broke it off" “Yeah, weractically married. I mean, she saw me once, so yeah, she’s pretty much my wife right now.”

"elieving that your marketing does the selling for you will make you sound just as ridiculous.

Your marketing is what you want to use to create interest, establish trust, set expectations, and soften the sales process. Both the sales strategy and marketing system, when used together properly, can be the missing link to consistent sales and predictable growth for your business.

Fact: Without marketing, your sales process will be too difficult to scale.

Fact: Without a sales process and system, you wonwon'ter convert any of the eyeballs acquired from marketing into dollars - which is painful.

{Check out how the V.C.P. Method is setting new standards in the way sales and marketing are being handled}

Reason #3 your marketing does not generate revenue: You CanCan'tke Eyeballs To The Bank

LetLet'sverse-engineer this sucker!

>> Sales can only be achieved by developing a valuable solution for the marketplace.

>> The solution is your product or service.

>> That product or service must-have offers attached to it to make it more appealing.

>> The pricing, bonuses, guarantees, any negotiations, and profit maximizers must be established.

>> Those new offers have to get eyeballs on them from paid and organic traffic.
Four out of those five have to do with selling, and only one with marketing.

What this quick (and very general) example shows you is the amount of attention that should be focused on the development of having a stellar service, as well as an exciting sales process (aka customer journey) versus looking for the random “li"htning in a bottle” a" campaign.

If we lived in the day and age where we could cash in on the “re"ch” a"d take those impressions to the bank, I’dI'd writing a totally different article here today.

Reason #4 Your marketing does not generate revenue: More Businesses Would Make It Past Year Two

The reason why less than 80% of businesses make it to year five, and approx. 50% dondon'tke it past year two is because it’it'srder to generate sales than it is to get people to visit your site.

Have you ever seen the qualifying factors behind working with a "traffic specialist" or "advertising expert"?

They all require you to have a service or product that's already seeing great results, and you just need to get more "eyeballs" on your offer.

That's great, but only a tiny segment of business owners are seeing success like that. I know because we have our First Class Agency Service for owners in that position.

That's why I created my Wingman Service. It fits perfectly into why I created Northwicks Consulting in the first place.

We don’t send you off to tinker around with a marketing funnel expert, then to an automation expert, then to a branding expert, and then expect you to be earning above $50,000 per month before we start working together.

The Wingman service was put together for startup business owners who need help getting off the ground and who don't want to be left behind while lifting off.
Depending on where you're at in business, you may only need some traffic or some new ad campaign to create a spike in revenue.

But for most business owners today, the ones who are earning right around $50-100K per year in revenue feel stuck, and it's not because they can't get people to visit their offer - it's because of a sales problem.

Let me ask you, would you rather talk to 10 people and have 6 buy, or speak to 100 and have 6 buy?

If you're like me and choose the former, then you must refine your sales process.

Reason #5 Your marketing does not generate revenue: Marketing Doesn't Ask For The Sale

Are you running traffic to a website? Or how about a funnel with an email opt-in, then a strategy session?

Either way, your marketing doesn't ask them to make the purchase or sign up. The marketing softens their "trust wall," and the sales process delivers the blow by asking for the close.

Have you ever tried to sell a 10K+ product or service through a funnel and zero human interaction?

There's a reason it doesn't work for new, average business owners. It's because the market has to get to know you.

They have to see that you are trustworthy.

When you can create the interactions necessary to get your point across with a value-based sales and marketing system, you develop a new relationship with your market.

For the business owners not willing to put in the work to earn their market's business, the next 12 months will be a rude awakening.

The market is getting smarter and smarter by the day, and in order for you to continue to "WOW" your prospects, you have to be more innovative than ever before and have the skills to sell your service without sounding like everyone else.

I'm using my V.P.C. Method with clients every day, and the results have only gotten better and better.

What Do You Do Now?

To close this out…

If you're planning on running any traffic, investing in any paid advertising, or trying to grow your business without having a clear set of offers that are proven to work, a profitable business model, and a foundation that's built to scale, do yourself a HUGE favor and don't.

First, make the choice you want to approach your market differently.

Second, get your sales and marketing plan architected for you free.

Third, implement the week-by-week breakdown you receive and begin to see a huge difference in the quality and quantity of clients coming through your front door.

Content Marketing Strategy: Unlocking the Power of Creative Libraries 🌟

At our company, we understand the significance of a well-executed content marketing strategy in today's digital landscape.

Effective content creation not only engages and educates your target audience but also helps your website gain visibility in search engine rankings.

Today, we will delve into the world of creative libraries and how they can be a game-changer for businesses looking to enhance their content marketing efforts.

What is a Creative Library?

A creative library is a treasure trove of resources that serves as a centralized repository for various creative assets and materials. It acts as a valuable toolkit, housing a wide range of visual elements, such as images, illustrations, graphics, videos, templates, and more.

This digital asset hub provides content creators and marketers with easy access to an extensive collection of pre-designed materials, saving time and effort while maintaining brand consistency.

⭑Streamlining Content Creation with Creative Libraries⭑

👉Enhancing Visual Appeal

Visual elements play a crucial role in capturing the attention of online users. By incorporating captivating images, infographics, or videos, your content becomes visually appealing and draws readers in.

Creative libraries offer an array of visually stunning assets, empowering you to choose the most fitting ones for your content. This not only makes your articles more engaging but also leaves a lasting impression on your audience.

👉Saving Time and Effort

In the fast-paced digital world, efficiency is key. With creative libraries, content creators can significantly reduce the time and effort required to produce high-quality content.

Instead of starting from scratch, you can leverage existing templates, designs, and graphics that align with your brand identity. By streamlining the content creation process, you can allocate more time to crafting compelling narratives and value-driven messages.

👉Ensuring Brand Consistency

Maintaining a consistent brand image across all marketing channels is vital for establishing trust and recognition.

Creative libraries serve as a centralized hub, guaranteeing that your content aligns with your brand guidelines.

By adhering to a consistent visual language, typography, and color palette, you reinforce your brand identity, which is crucial for brand recognition and recall.

⭑Harnessing the Power of SEO with Creative Libraries⭑

👉Optimizing Visual Assets

Search engines not only rank websites based on textual content but also consider the relevance and quality of visual assets.

By utilizing descriptive file names, alt tags, and optimizing image sizes, you can enhance the discoverability of your visual content. Creative libraries often provide the ability to add metadata to assets, ensuring that search engines can understand and index them effectively.

👉Encouraging Backlinks and Social Shares

Compelling visual content has a higher chance of being shared and linked to by other websites, amplifying your online presence and boosting your search engine rankings.

Creative libraries enable you to create visually striking assets that resonate with your audience, increasing the likelihood of social shares and backlinks. These backlinks serve as a vote of confidence for search engines, signaling that your content is valuable and authoritative.

⬇️ Here's a quick recap... ⬇️

In the world of content marketing, where competition is fierce, leveraging creative libraries can provide a significant advantage.

By incorporating visually captivating assets, saving time and effort, and maintaining brand consistency, you can unlock the true potential of your content marketing strategy.

Additionally, by optimizing visual assets for SEO and fostering social shares and backlinks, you can improve your website's visibility and outrank competitors in search engine rankings.

Embrace the power of creative libraries, and embark on a journey to captivate your audience, elevate your brand, and dominate the search engine results pages.

Are You Wearing 3D Glasses for Your 2D Data? 🕶️

You wouldn't wear 3D glasses to watch a regular 2D movie, right?

So why would you use a mismatched marketing and sales tracking software for your small business?

Here's a quick look at the "un-fun" house effects of using inadequate software:

1) The mirror maze: Trying to navigate through all those scattered data points and incomplete reports is like walking through a hall of mirrors! 🎭

2) The roller coaster: One minute you're flying high, the next you're plummeting down - but it's just because your software is showing you inconsistent data! 🎢

3) The "guess your weight" game: Making decisions based on incomplete or incorrect data is about as accurate as guessing your weight after a three-course meal! 🍽️

Don't leave your business success up to chance.

Here are the benefits of upgrading to the right software:

✅ Clear and concise reporting: No more navigating through a maze of confusion

✅ Consistent data: Understand the true performance of your marketing efforts

✅ Expert analysis: Get tailored advice from a partner who knows your business

You have an average of 7 seconds to make a first impression with a prospect. 🤭

After that first 7 seconds, it comes down to how to best communicate...

When you're trying to communicate you must include:

1. Thought: something we know
2. Emotion: something we feel
3. Action: something we do

When you fail to include any of the three, there will be a disconnection and a breakdown in communication.

If I try to communicate:

• Something I know but do not feel, my communication is dispassionate.

• Something I know but do not do, my communication is theoretical.

• Something I feel but do not know, my communication is unfounded.

• Something I feel but do not do, my communication is hypocritical.

• Something I do but do not know, my communication is presumptuous.

• Something I do but do not feel, my communication is mechanical.

When components are missing, the result as a communicator, is exhaustion.

When you have all three, the result is connection.
..and that’s a beautiful thing! 🔥👌🏻
