25 YEARS IN BUSINESS. And if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that you cannot stay the same and expect to keep winning.

I’ve watched industries change, technology change, customers change, economies change—and I’ve had to change right along with them.

There have been setbacks. Deals that didn’t work. People who didn’t keep their word. Ideas that failed. Times when the numbers didn’t make sense and moments when quitting would’ve been easier.

But persistence will take you places talent alone never will.
