Berger Geosciences is developing a real-time injection monitoring and predictive analytics platform. The system is aimed at helping operators proactively manage injection activities and reduce the potential for induced seismicity (earthquakes). The system is currently running in a live demonstration environment, with the first commercial release expected by January 1.

The system can be used for Class I to Class VI injection wells, specifically produced water and carbon storage. To learn more contact us at [email protected] .

Happy Anniversary, Berger Geosciences!!!

For 19 years, Berger Geosciences has been proud to support our clients with geoscience expertise, innovative solutions, and a commitment to understanding what lies beneath the surface.

But this milestone is about more than the work we do. It’s about the people who make it possible — our team, clients, partners, colleagues, and friends who have been part of our journey.

As we celebrate 19 years, we’re grateful for the relationships we’ve built, the challenges we’ve helped solve, and the opportunities that continue to push us forward.

Thank you for being part of the B-GeO story.

Here’s to 19 years — and to what comes next!

Our values shape how we work, collaborate, and serve our clients. Which one have you experienced firsthand? https://www.b-geo.com/about/

What is Happening Below a Data Center Site?

Below ground, geology influences how water moves. Soil, sand, rock layers and fractures can create pathways that connect groundwater, surface water and surrounding areas in ways that aren’t always obvious from above.

That’s why understanding a site means looking beyond property lines and surface features.

💧 Where is the groundwater?

🪨 What does the subsurface geology look like?

➡️ Where can water move—and what might it connect to?

🌧️ How could stormwater and site development change those pathways?

When large infrastructure is being planned near sensitive water resources, the question shouldn’t only be “What’s nearby?”

It should also be “What’s connected?”

A more complete environmental picture starts by understanding the system—above and below the surface.

A great day on the course with Team B-GeO! ⛳

Our team had a fantastic time at the WTGS & SWS AAPG Conference Golf Tournament. Beyond the golf, events like this give us the opportunity to connect with others in our industry, strengthen relationships, and simply enjoy some time together outside the office.

Work hard. Build relationships. Have a little fun along the way.

Before the Servers Go Live, Ask What Happens to the Water

Data centers are physical infrastructure, not just digital infrastructure. Their cooling systems, power demand, stormwater footprint and wastewater can interact with local water resources. Before a site is built near a lake, river, reservoir or sensitive watershed, the question should be bigger than “Is there enough water?” It should be: “What changes could this project create for the surrounding water system?”

Ask how data center construction is effecting the water around it!
