In September, DNOW’s RAD (Retain, Attract, Develop) organization hosted its third event of the year in the “Leading Together” series. We were honored to have Clent Rawlinson, our Senior Vice President, speak to us about what defines strong leadership. Clent gave us some insightful takeaways, including:
✅ Ride for the Brand: Put the success of DNOW ahead of individual teams, departments, or personal interests. Every decision should be viewed through the lens of what is best for the company as a whole.
