Eric began his career at Weaver and has since built more than 30 years of experience serving higher education institutions, health care organizations, foundations and government entities, including as an audit partner with a Big Four firm. The cross-firm group included Expand the Reach members, colleagues from several teams and members of Weaver’s AAPI Subcommittee who support culture and engagement efforts throughout the year.

This summer, Weaver’s Expand the Reach Impact Team sponsored professionals from across the firm to attend the 2026 ALPFA Convention in Charlotte, North Carolina. Centered on the theme “Design Your Next Stage,” the convention provided opportunities to develop leadership skills and build relationships with students and professionals from across the country.

Weaver’s participation builds on our year-round engagement with ALPFA chapters in local markets. Many Weaver professionals began their involvement with ALPFA as students and now help emerging talent learn about career opportunities across our firm.

Through this continued engagement, our people grow as professionals while helping students build relationships and explore what a career at Weaver could look like.
