Good evening, dear friends. As we close another day, let's bow our heads in prayer:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You tonight with hearts full of gratitude for Your countless blessings. As we lay down to rest, we ask for Your peace to surround us, calming our minds and soothing our souls.

We especially lift up our friends and loved ones in Texas, who are facing the threat of a hurricane. Lord, we ask for Your protection over them. Shield them from harm, keep them safe from the storm's fury, and grant them strength and courage in the face of uncertainty. Guide the hands of those who are aiding and rescuing, and provide comfort to those in fear.

May Your angels encamp around every home, and may Your divine intervention bring calm to the storm. We trust in Your unfailing love and mercy.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
