🙏 Feeling incredibly blessed and grateful.
Over the past few years, I’ve watched my business grow in ways I once only prayed about. But one of the greatest blessings hasn’t just been the growth of my business. It’s been meeting so many people who are working incredibly hard to build theirs.
This year especially, I’ve met some serious HUSTLERS. 💪
I’ve met people who started an inflatable business with the goal of eventually leaving their full-time job. Others are working their regular job, running an inflatable business on the side, and sometimes juggling a third job too.
They’re loading trailers after work. Cleaning inflatables late at night. Answering customers between shifts. Setting up early on Saturday mornings. Learning regulations, buying equipment, making mistakes, figuring things out and getting right back after it.
And I get to meet these people while building my own business. ❤️
Years ago, I prayed for God to grow my business and give me opportunities to help other people grow theirs.
He has shown up in ways I never could have planned.
My job may technically be inspecting amusement rides and inflatables, but somewhere along the way it became much more than inspections. I get to educate, encourage, connect people, share what I’ve learned and hopefully help other small-business owners build something that changes their lives.
I know firsthand that building a business isn’t always pretty. Sometimes success looks a lot less like a highlight reel and a lot more like 2:30 AM alarms, airports, dirty shoes, paperwork and refusing to quit. 😂
So to every small-business owner out there working a full-time job while building your dream on the side…
Keep going. People are watching. Your hard work matters.
I prayed for growth.
God gave me growth, but He also gave me a front-row seat to watch other people grow too.
And for that, I am incredibly grateful. 🙏💙
