Good morning! Quick tip if you don’t have negative items on your credit report, but your score is still low. What options are available to you?

#1 your credit card utilization could be too high.

#2 you could be lacking positive credit.
What does this mean? Example you need a good credit mixture. So 2-3 installment account 3-4 revolving credit accounts.

Credit education sustenance; 📚📖

❓Are you aware that there is a reporting FORMAT❓Furnishers of credit reports must have ALL fields on the report filled out completely❗️And there cannot be 1️⃣field left blank?

This can result in a deletion of the information and its entirety. This is the Metro 2 compliance. This is the industry’s standard for reporting information. 🤯

Thursday Truth moment;

Did you know it’s law that once you initiate an investigation into your credit profile from the bureaus that they have 30 days to respond? By LAW if they don’t they’re violating the FCRA? 🤔 AND they have 30 days to notate the credit report with such information! 🤯

If they fail to do so you can (a) initiate suit for violation $1000 per violation or (b) leverage the violation into deletion(s). 🤯✅
