Justin Go stood at that podium and told us his daughter Michelle's last words.

Then he told us what he did next.

TK followed him onto that stage immediately after at the Asian American Federation's 37th Impact Awards. The room was not waiting to be convinced of anything. It knew why it was there.

Reading a room means knowing when your job is not to generate feeling but to honor what is already in the space and give it somewhere to go.

That is what that Wednesday evening was.

It is TK Astounds day! 🌟

If you have ever learned from her, laughed with her, or been lovingly corrected by that perfectly timed side eye, you already know this is bigger than a birthday post.

TK has been calling people higher since 2012. She turns bold direction into leadership development. She makes you stronger, then acts like it was your idea.

And when she is not protecting revenue with strategy that honors donors and preserves dignity, TK is living.

New restaurants. A sewing project in progress. A flying moment. A sticker find that makes zero sense to anyone else and total sense to her.

🎃 Fundraising Ghost Stories: “I Couldn’t See the Paddles…” 👻

Okay so real talk... Ever had your live appeal totally derailed by awkward laughter?
