We’re looking for a dependable Field Supervisor to join our team in the oilfield managing security and traffic control operations. This position requires someone who can lead when needed, take direction, and thrive in a fast-paced, tough-skin environment.

What we’re looking for:
• Ability to lift/move 50+ lbs
• Comfortable driving a truck with a trailer
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Quick thinker and strong problem solver
• Ability to adapt to last-minute changes
• Clean driving record

This role is ideal for someone who can step up, take charge when needed, and keep operations running smoothly in the field.
