He got sober.
Built a company from scratch.
Sold it.
Then turned around and said the thing almost nobody in Business says out loud:

“The traits that made me a good Drug Addict... the Hiding, the Performance, the Masks are the same ones keeping CEOs stuck.”

His TEDx has pulled a global audience.
His framework Addictive Leadership is why Fortune 500 CEOs quietly fly him in when their Leadership Teams stop telling each other the Truth.

On May 7 he’s spending the morning with a group of Houston CEOs.

Building a leadership community isn’t about chasing titles.

It’s about finding great human beings.

When Arturo G. Lopez started building CEO groups with Vistage Worldwide, He took a different approach.

Instead of focusing only on traditional executive circles, Houston CEOs looked for entrepreneurs with Character, Curiosity, and the desire to Grow.

Today our groups are made up of leaders from many Industries, Cultures, and Backgrounds... many under 50 who challenge each other to become Better Leaders and Better People.

I had the chance to talk about this journey with Erik Wolf on the Podcast

We discussed:
• Why diverse leadership groups make better decisions
• How real peer communities transform CEOs
• Why the relationships formed inside these groups often last a lifetime

Leadership is better when you don’t do it alone.
