Reflection is your secret weapon for growth.

💭 Quick audit: Have you written down your top 3 wins and lessons from this year?

Don’t carry your old habits into your new goals.

Celebrate what worked. Learn from what didn’t. Then make your next move with intention.

🎯 2026 isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing smarter.

If you don’t have a system that tells you what to do each quarter, you’ll always feel behind.

Here’s the 3-step fix:

1️⃣ Create quarterly themes based on your 2026 goals
2️⃣ Break them into monthly campaigns
3️⃣ Align your weekly content

👀 Quick audit: Are you building a system or running on vibes?

Consistency compounds — chaos costs. Book your free call with me so we can get started on where to get started for January! Link in bio.

If your Q1 calendar is blank, you’re already behind.

🔥 Quick audit: Have you decided what you’re selling, when you’re launching, and how you’re promoting it?

You don’t need a full plan — you need a direction.

Start now, so your future self isn’t scrambling.

The reason most businesses stall after the holidays? They didn’t plan ahead.

🎯 Quick audit: Do you already know what you’re promoting in January, or will you “figure it out” after the holidays?

If it’s not on your calendar, it’s not happening.

Build the momentum now — so January feels like lift-off, not recovery.

Not sure where to start? Book your free call with me for next steps, link in bio.

If you don’t stop to look at your data, you’re guessing — not growing.

👀 Quick audit: When’s the last time you looked at your website traffic, open rates, or referral sources?

Do the Stop / Start / Continue exercise:

➡️ Stop what didn’t work
➡️ Start what aligns
➡️ Continue what converts

Let’s make these last few weeks of 2025 the best yet.

People refer who they remember: Be helpful. Be thoughtful. Be consistent.

Want to stay top of mind?

You don’t need to post every day or flood their inbox.
You just need to be meaningfully memorable.

✅ Send a helpful podcast
✅ Check in after a milestone
✅ Thank someone for a referral
✅ Introduce them to someone great

The best referrals come from people who still feel connected to you.

Don’t disappear after the first coffee date! Keep a system that allows you to track and keep up with the people you meet and have a synergy with.

When they feel seen and supported, they’ll reciprocate with referrals.

Going to events isn’t enough: Relationships are built in the follow-up.

You don’t build your referral web by collecting business cards.
You build it by nurturing actual relationships.

The biggest mistake I see?
People show up… but don’t follow up.

They network… but never connect again.
They think visibility = conversion.

But what works? Checking in. Staying connected. Remembering the human! Start to look at your marketing strategy as a relationship builder (build your web!)

Follow-up builds your web even stronger - it gets people talking about you and referring you over and over again because you make them feel seen and supported. They trust you- so they'll tell more and more people about you and your business.

It's how I get 5-10 referrals almost every month into my business. If you're not seeing consistent referrals, it's time to start re-thinking how you network.

Referrals = borrowed trust. It shortens the sales process every single time.

If your sales calls feel like you’re trying to convince someone of your value…

It’s probably because the lead came in cold. Warm referrals are different. Why?

They already believe in you because someone they trust believes in you.

That’s why my referral leads convert higher, faster, and with less friction — and yours can too.

When it comes to marketing, we all want more warm leads in our business.

Start by strengthening your “web”. Each rung in your web is a person you’ve built and nurtured a relationship with.

More on that in the next post, stay tuned!
