Every Business Has a Story. But what happens when your books aren't telling the right one?
Maybe you've fallen behind on recording transactions, or maybe everything has been entered, but the numbers just aren't adding up.
That's where catch-up and clean-up bookkeeping come in. While they sound similar, they solve two different problems.
Catch-Up Bookkeeping: When your books are behind and months of transactions haven't been recorded.
This may include:
- Entering missing transactions
- Catching up on bank and credit card reconciliations
- Bringing your financial records up to date
Clean-Up Bookkeeping: When transactions have been recorded, but errors and inaccurate balances are making it difficult to trust your numbers.
This may include:
- Correcting miscategorized or duplicate transactions
- Reconciling accounts
- Fixing inaccurate balances and bookkeeping errors
And sometimes, your business needs a little of both!
Because you can't make confident financial decisions when you're working with incomplete or inaccurate information.
We help you get your books back on track so you can stop guessing, understand where your business really stands, and start making decisions based on numbers you can trust.
Know the Numbers. Change the Story.

Every Business Has a Story. Let your 2026 numbers help write a better chapter for 2027!
Before you start setting big goals for the new year, take a look at what your business has been telling you this year.
Were sales up, but profits down? Did certain months leave you wondering where all the money went? Which products or services actually contributed the most to your bottom line?
Your numbers hold the answers.
Here's what to review before planning for 2027:
- Revenue: How much did your business actually bring in?
- Profit: How much did you keep after expenses?
- Expenses: Where did costs increase, and where could you make adjustments?
- Cash Flow: Which months were financially strong, and which were tight?
- Best Sellers: Which products or services generated the most profit?
- Budget vs. Actual: Where did you meet, exceed, or fall short of your goals?
Use those insights to set realistic revenue goals, create a meaningful budget, plan for upcoming expenses, and forecast your cash flow.
Your 2027 goals shouldn't be based on guesswork. They should be built on what you've learned from 2026.
And that's where accurate bookkeeping makes all the difference. We don't just help you keep your books organized. We help you understand the story behind your numbers so you can make more informed decisions about what comes next.
Know the Numbers. Change the Story.

Q4 is your last full quarter to make meaningful adjustments before year end.

Before it begins, take a closer look at what your cleaning business numbers are telling you:

Profit & Loss: Are you actually profitable so far this year?
Balance Sheet: Do you have enough current assets to cover upcoming short term obligations?
Cash Flow Statement: Where is your cash coming from, and where is it going?
Accounts Receivable Aging: Which clients still owe you money, and which invoices are overdue?

These reports can help you catch problems early, adjust your goals, and make smarter decisions before the year is over.

But the reports are only useful if the bookkeeping behind them is accurate.

Not confident in your numbers? Let’s get your books organized before year end.
