As comes to a close, APA is reflecting on a week of meaningful conversations about the future of Suriname's energy industry.

Throughout the conference, our team joined discussions on exploration, development, local content and workforce readiness, highlighting the importance of collaboration among industry, government and local stakeholders.

APA representatives also participated in the Local Content Forum, where conversations focused on workforce development, technical training and creating opportunities that support continued success in Suriname.

APA's Hamish Macintyre, director of Deepwater Exploration, joined industry leaders at for the Executive Summit panel, "The Atlantic Basin Offshore Exploration and Development Pathways."

The discussion explored what it takes to move from exploration to development, the importance of investment certainty, and the role emerging offshore basins can play in meeting future energy demand.

We continue to see potential across the Suriname-Guyana basin and remain committed to disciplined exploration, strong partnerships and responsible development.
