This video shows the documented vote removing a minority owner from authority over She's Happy Hair (Dallas) operations cuz he was wildin' with his unilateral decision making that affected the customers, the team members, and our ability to be socially responsible to the community and shareholders.

This video shows a meeting where the majority owner of She's Happy Hair (DALLAS) and I voted to remove a minority owner from authority over the company's operations and finances.

Fast-forward to today...

That same person has now filed a lawsuit against me ... I was served a few days ago.

So now the question isn't just:

"Who said what?"

The question is:
