Congratulations to Chad Cook on 15 years with the Eagle organization! His leadership, integrity, and high standards have made a lasting impact across the entire Eagle family. We’re proud to celebrate this milestone with him.

Some people help run a company. Others help build the discipline that keeps it running.

Fifteen years ago, Chad joined Applied Consultants and was part of the formation of Eagle Infrastructure Services, where he has remained a steady force behind the financial strength and structure of the organization ever since. Through growth, challenges, and change, his leadership, financial expertise, and integrity have been constants.

Chad is well known for his direct style and his ability to find the one detail everyone else missed. He asks the hard questions, challenges assumptions, and has a unique talent for helping others turn routine report requests into polished, well-supported work. Nothing gets past him, and most of us wouldn’t want it to.

While his feedback is never sugarcoated, it’s always purposeful. He doesn’t just point out what needs work; he explains the reasoning behind it. For those willing to listen, that combination of honesty and clarity has made him an invaluable teacher and mentor.

He's the kind of leader people seek out for advice, the teammate everyone is glad to have in their corner, and the kind of person who earns respect through his integrity, high standards, and ability to make those around him better at what they do. And outside the office, he's proof that the "grumpy finance guy" reputation is just one side of a much better story.

Monday was a great reminder that sometimes the best way to recharge is with a little 🐾 four-legged 🐾 support!

We had the pleasure of hosting a pet therapy session in the office, and it was easily one of the highlights of the week. A big thank you to the handlers and their amazing dogs for spending time with our team and bringing so much joy, calm, and plenty of smiles.

It was great to see everyone take a break, connect, and enjoy some well-deserved stress relief. The positive energy these dogs brought into the office was incredible.

We’re grateful for opportunities like this that support employee wellness and help make the workplace a little brighter!

𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀, 𝗯𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴.

Our Perennial Environmental Services California team celebrated World Environment Day with a plant and seed swap, alongside our June birthday celebration. It was a fun way to bring people together, share something meaningful, and keep sustainability top of mind in a very hands-on way.

Great to see Stropes, Grabski, Whitson, and the rest of our CA team taking part in a celebration that reflects Perennial’s culture and community values.
