Sarah Laughed at the Promise… But God Remained Faithful
Have you ever waited so long for God to answer that you started wondering if what you were believing for would ever happen?
Sarah knew that feeling.
God promised Abraham and Sarah a son, but as the years passed and the circumstances became increasingly impossible, Sarah struggled with her faith. She questioned. She tried to create her own solution. And when she heard that she would finally have a child in her old age—she laughed.
But Sarah's struggle did not change God's character.
God remained faithful to His Word.
And in the process, He wasn't only preparing Sarah to receive Isaac—He was cultivating her faith.
