HELLO to all of you amazing people! Some of you are part of a thriving community and some of you wish your neighborhood was performing better.

I understand!

My name is Michelle Deck and I have been in the Community Association Management industry for over twenty years. Prior to that, I owned my own janitorial company and prior to that I did property management.

I've heard it all. I've seen it all.

I recently made the decision to start my own management company. Why? Because I am just as frustrated as you are. Several management companies develop standards of practice and try to get every community to fit their mold which usually backfires. Others will pile extra workloads onto their managers and offer no support which creates burn out and unsatisfied clients. Some will do both. Why do they do this? Because their bottom line has nothing to do with the vitality and integrity of the communities they manage.

That's why I am different.

I enjoy adding activities to my agenda that help me get to know the board members and homeowners and how they think. You are the inspiration for everything we do.

If you are a homeowner and you message me with questions about your HOA, I will respond. If you are a Board Member and you need consultation, I can assist you with that as well.

My goal is to bring people back together in their communities and help them enjoy where they live - one community at a time!
