Four days, and the floor is clear enough to see the concrete again.

The September 3 to 6 warehouse sale is over. Grills went out on the turf, tubs went out of the box, and chairs left ten at a time in the back of pickups. Every day got photographed, so the whole run is on the site: day 1 through day 4, plus the walkthrough filmed the night before we opened.

Two things from here. Private appointments are open again, one buyer at a time, Tuesday to Friday, 11am to 4pm, and we palletise what you buy and load your vehicle. The next public sale runs winter 2026, about two weeks before Christmas.

The grills are back. On August 18 this corner of the floor was bare, the last one had gone out the door. This is the same corner on August 25. Gas grills, flat-top griddles, charcoal and dual-fuel, offset smokers and crawfish boilers, $40 to $185, sold unassembled in the original box, which is exactly why the price is that low.

Here is how the sale works. Nearly everything sells sealed in the box. The display unit on the floor shows you the item. We are not opening boxes during the sale, there will be a line behind you. Check the display, take your box, pay cash, go. Every price already includes tax. All sales final, sold as-is.

Also on the floor: window AC units, floor and wall fans, freestanding tubs, chairs from $10, wall panels and hex tile, and appliances we never listed online.

Private appointments close this Friday.

We opened them so people could buy ahead of the sale, and they worked harder than we expected. Our entire grill load went in a few days, all sixteen models, griddles and smokers and boilers with it.

So we are stopping appointments on Friday August 21 and putting those two weeks into the sale instead. A new load checks in before the doors open. The floor gets rebuilt, restocked and priced, and there will be more on it than we have listed anywhere.

Last week we had one window air conditioner. We now have fifteen.

That is worth saying plainly, because 423 people clicked on that listing when there was one of them, and almost every one of them was going to be disappointed.

TMWINGS 8,000 BTU U-shaped window unit. $130 cash. It retails at $419.99. Cools about 550 square feet, runs off a standard 115V outlet, remote included. The U-shape lets you close the window down over it, which is why they run quiet.

These are unopened customer returns. The box has never been opened. We have not tested them either, and they are priced for exactly that.

The fans have depth as well. 36 inch floor fan $80, was $229. 30 inch $50. 24 inch $25. Wall-mount 16 and 20 inch at $20 each. Those are returns too, but opened, tested and confirmed working.

The split units, the portable unit and the tower cooler are all gone.

You do not have to wait until August 27. The floor is open by private appointment Tuesday to Friday, 11am to 4pm, and Friday August 21 is the last day to book one.

We are open late Thursday until 7, so you can come after work, buy a grill and be cooking on it by Saturday.
