✨️ Multiple times a day I have conversations of “traditional vs non-traditional” home warranty. It always leads to a series of questions about the Achosa Home Warranty, LLC model....about being able to choose your own contractor, do we order the parts for the contractors and make the client wait, etc....?

The answers are simple and real:

🔷 We DO allow homeowners and property managers to use their own trusted, known contractors (of course we have contractor referrals available)

🔷 Local contractors source parts locally to get the repair made quickly, not only supporting the local economy but not having to make the homeowner/tenant wait days for the part to be sourced by a corporate entity that doesn't care if you have to wait as long as they can save money.

🔷 Saving the homeowner and contractors time by allowing the repair to be made same day in most cases
