Did you know that In 2016, Congress passed the National Bioengineered Food Disclosure Standard requiring food manufacturers, importers, and certain retailers to disclose foods that have been bioengineered, and Jan. 1, 2022, was the date for mandatory compliance?

In short: they have to label products with GMOs now. It started in January 2022.

Why would you care?
Because GMOs are toxic to the Hepatic (liver disease), pancreatic (diabetes), renal (kidneys), reproductive system, hematological (blood disease), immunologic, (immune system) , and is biochemical added in the laboratory .

So look for these labels on the food in your pantry and freezer. Look for it everywhere, it is labeled on food that you purchased since January of 2022. And throw out this "food' and never buy them again. They are labeled
BIOENGINEERED FOOD INGREDIENT.
Now you know.
Know better, do better.

A broken heart can be like a weapon if not healed properly and heartbreak can come in so many forms. It may be a result of relationships evolving, leaving a place you love, disappointment, a career coming to an end, children growing up...many times it's a result of certain expectations that what you cherish will never change. And then it does. Plans change, people change, circumstances change, and each of us as individuals change.

After the devastating end of a relationship, or a career ending, or empty nesting, it's important to take a look at the science of heartbreak and how to truly heal from painful situations. Here is a great illustration of how to do that.
