Job Title: Lawn Care WorkerJob
Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Lawn Care Worker to join our lawn care team. In this role, you will maintain the health, appearance, and cleanliness of our clients' outdoor green spaces. Your daily tasks will include mowing lawns, trimming edges, and occasional flower beds. The ideal candidate has excellent stamina, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Mow and edge commercial lawns using commercial-grade walk-behind and riding mowers.Trim and prune shrubs, hedges, and small trees safely using hand tools and power trimmers.Operate outdoor power equipment including string trimmers, leaf blowers, edgers, and aerators.Apply w**d control products safely and according to instructions and local regulations.Perform property cleanups by gathering and disposing of leaves, twigs, trash, and grass clippings.Maintain company equipment by checking fluid levels, cleaning tools daily, and reporting mechanical issues.Interact professionally with customers on-site to address questions and ensure total satisfaction.
Qualifications & SkillsExperience:
1+ years of professional landscaping or lawn care experience is preferred but not required.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and bend for 8+ hours a day.
Adaptability: Capability to work outdoors in high heat, humidity, cold, or light rain.
License:
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record to operate company trucks.
Skills:
Strong time management, punctuality, and a keen eye for aesthetic detail.
