Enterplast, Inc. in Kingwood is hiring! We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to keep our Kingwood office running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and energetic, with a positive attitude.

This role is a full-time position with IRA opportunities & employer matching contributions, and PTO. Competitive compensation is based upon qualifications. We are seeking a candidate with at least 1-2 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant.

Responsibilities include:
• Answer/manage incoming calls and greet visitors.
• Read and analyze incoming e-mails.
• Create and manage e-mail responses to international customers.
• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
• Purchase and maintain supply of marketing items for seasonal gifts to customers.
• Coordinates to ensure that office is maintained in a safe and functional manner.
• Collate and distribute mail.
Skills required:
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Positive customer service orientation.
• Exceptional organization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs.
