Certain companies can always be relied upon to deliver and the “Consider it Done” award is for the supplier that members feel has the best inventory levels, ships timely, and in general just makes it easy to do business with. This year we had a tie in this category!

In voting for the second recipient, members For the second recipient of the fulfillment award, members said, "They are always on time with good stock position," and "Whenever we have specific concerns on fulfillment, they always try their best to accommodate our needs". About this particular vendor, one voting member said: "Over the years I've come to get used to their excellent customer service and fill rate. Recently they have pulled out all the stops and started carrying a full line of heat shrink tubing that another vendor is unable to supply. They make my life easier and they are pleasant to work with!". The Customer Service Award goes to LKG Industries!
