Landscaping and drainage project completed in Brighton!

We removed all the overgrown plants and vegetation around the house and installed fresh egg rock to give the property a clean, finished look. We also installed underground downspout extensions to all the downspouts and added two dry wells to help manage water runoff and improve drainage around the home.

Another drainage and property improvement project completed in Fowlerville!

For this project, we installed 5 new underground downspout extensions using a combination of SDR-35 PVC and triple-wall drainage pipe to properly move water away from the home and prevent future pooling around the property.

We also filled and graded along the new driveway, bringing the surrounding areas back up to grade and creating a clean transition from the driveway to the existing lawn.

Once everything was finished, we seeded and strawed all disturbed areas to help establish new grass and leave the property looking clean and finished.

Another project focused on proper drainage, grading, and a long-lasting finished result!

Sod and restoration job in Howell!

This customer had recently had underground downspouts installed as part of their barn construction, but the disturbed areas were left without seed or straw. We came in to get everything cleaned up and looking right again!

We removed roughly 20 yards of existing material and debris, then power raked the entire area to remove roots and prepare the soil for new grass. From there, we brought in and installed a fresh layer of topsoil before laying roughly 1,800 square feet of new sod.
We also seeded along the side of the barn and throughout the other bare areas left behind from construction to help bring the entire property back together.

Drainage project completed in Highland!

This customer was dealing with standing water and pooling throughout their backyard, making it difficult to keep the area dry and usable.

To solve the issue, we installed a catch basin in the low area of the backyard to collect the excess water and give it a proper place to drain. From there, we ran roughly 40 feet of underground discharge line to safely direct the water away from the property and into the lake.

By giving the water a dedicated drainage path, we were able to help eliminate the pooling and improve the overall drainage of the backyard.

Complete property refresh we completed it Brighton!

This customer has many things that needed to be done including some dirt work, drainage, and mulch to get the house looking perfect again. At the forefront was a sinkhole that was in their back yard that we filled with 10 yards of fill and compacted it as we installed it. Next we covered all the bare spots throughout the property. We then, put down 7 yards of mulch and extended two downspouts to get all water away from the house. We finished it all off by seeding and covering it with straw so the new grass comes up in no time.

Here's a job we wrapped up wrapped up in Milford today!

This customer was suffering from terrible erosion to the point where her driveway was starting to crumble. There was almost a 25in grade difference in some spots so we brought in a little over 50 yards of topsoil to bring up grade and stop the erosion. We also installed 5 underground downspouts in order to get the water away from the foundation of the house. To finish it off we covered everything up with straw blankets and seed to get new grass growing in no time.

Here's a small landscape job we completed in Howell over the weekend!

This customer had multiple landscape beds she wanted spruced up. So we removed all of the rock and reinstalled brown mulch with hostas and catmint for a clean new look. We also trimmed some trees throughout the property and installed brown mulch with a plastic edging in their front bed with short underground downspout extensions so that the mulch wouldn't get washed out.

Here's a property we just finished up on power raking, grading, and installing all underground downspouts in New Hudson.

More drainage work completed in Howell!

This customer's sump pump was causing a large wet spot and eroding the hill away. They also had two downspouts draining into the same spot. We connected them into 1 system with triple wall corrugated pipe running it down the hill for optimal drainage to a pop-up emitter. Lastly we spread some mulch and put the sod back down, so you can't even tell we were there!
