Complete property refresh we completed it Brighton!

This customer has many things that needed to be done including some dirt work, drainage, and mulch to get the house looking perfect again. At the forefront was a sinkhole that was in their back yard that we filled with 10 yards of fill and compacted it as we installed it. Next we covered all the bare spots throughout the property. We then, put down 7 yards of mulch and extended two downspouts to get all water away from the house. We finished it all off by seeding and covering it with straw so the new grass comes up in no time.

Here's a job we wrapped up wrapped up in Milford today!

This customer was suffering from terrible erosion to the point where her driveway was starting to crumble. There was almost a 25in grade difference in some spots so we brought in a little over 50 yards of topsoil to bring up grade and stop the erosion. We also installed 5 underground downspouts in order to get the water away from the foundation of the house. To finish it off we covered everything up with straw blankets and seed to get new grass growing in no time.

Here's a small landscape job we completed in Howell over the weekend!

This customer had multiple landscape beds she wanted spruced up. So we removed all of the rock and reinstalled brown mulch with hostas and catmint for a clean new look. We also trimmed some trees throughout the property and installed brown mulch with a plastic edging in their front bed with short underground downspout extensions so that the mulch wouldn't get washed out.

Here's a property we just finished up on power raking, grading, and installing all underground downspouts in New Hudson.

More drainage work completed in Howell!

This customer's sump pump was causing a large wet spot and eroding the hill away. They also had two downspouts draining into the same spot. We connected them into 1 system with triple wall corrugated pipe running it down the hill for optimal drainage to a pop-up emitter. Lastly we spread some mulch and put the sod back down, so you can't even tell we were there!

Power raking, grading, and drainage work completed in Howell!

This property needed to be prepped for hydroseeding so we power raked the property multiple times to ensure light and fluffy topsoil for optimal conditions on the new grass growth. We also did some minor grading to level out low spots to have the flattest yard possible. Lastly we installed underground downspout extensions on all 6 gutters to make sure no water ever gets close to the foundation of the house and flows away down grade from it.

More drainage issues solved in Hartland!

This customer was experiencing many drainage problems including a collapsed pipe and many blockages in the discharge pipe. This was caused by an unqualified contractor or a Homeowner trying to DIY it. What this did is caused gallons of standing water to back up against basement walls for weeks on end. They used perforated pipe which should never be used for a discharge line with no tile tape to seal any fittings and connectors. We solved this by using all triple wall corrugated pipe and PVC to ensure no collapsing or blockages in the future using tile tape to seal each connect point to ensure the system stays sealed for the lifetime of the house. We also to improve aesthetics brought in a yard of egg rock with a plastic edge to finish off the job.

Another amazing transformation of a backyard deck area in Howell!

This deck area had a lot of potential to become a beautiful landscape and we brought it to life. We did some rough grading to level out the area, next we installed 140ft of black steel edging, then installed 8 yards of brown walnut mulch and 7 yards of gravel for an awesome area to now have fires and get-togethers.
